This product contains caffeine. One serving (2 marshmallows) contains 27mg of caffeine, which is the equivalent of a shot of espresso. Each box of a dozen marshmallows contains 324mg of caffeine. According to the most recent information provided by federal dietary guidelines, healthy adults can consume 400mg of caffeine per day. This product is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those sensitive to caffeine.

- The mallows are best if consumed within 8 weeks, but last 4 months

Non High Fructose Corn Syrup, Pure Cane Sugar, Water, Kosher Beef Gelatin, Caffeine, Less than 2 % of: Natural Espresso Flavor (contains caramel color), Condensed Milk Extract (Propylene Glycol), Natural Vanilla Butter Flavor, Salt, Natural Caramel Color (Glycerine and Caramel Color), Powdered Sugar, Cornstarch, Pan Spray (Sunflower Oil, Sunflower Lecithin, Natural Flavor, Propellant).
- Each marshmallow contains approximately 27 mg of caffeine. This is equivalent to half a shot of espresso.
- Each box contains 324mg of caffeine. This is less than what is considered safe daily consumption by the FDA and Mayo Clinic (400mg).
