Say hello to summer with our Lemon Meringue OMG—a fluffy, dreamy swirl of bright lemony zest and sweet meringue magic. It’s tangy, smooth, and tastes just like the first bite of your favorite pie (without the fork).

This limited-edition flavor is part of our Summer of Fluff series, where we’re dropping new, nostalgic marshmallow fluffs all season long. But here’s the catch: we made fewer than 50 jars, and once it’s gone, it’s gone for good.

Our Ooey Marshmallow Goodness is our version of marshmallow creme -- a sticky, sweet spreadable marshmallow treat that is perfect for dips, dunks, and desserts of all kind. We love to keep our pints in the fridge or freezer (fluff ice cream anyone?) but you can keep them at room temp too!

Non High Fructose Corn Syrup, Pure Cane Sugar, Pasteurized Egg Whites, Less than 2% of: Lemon Flavor (Glucose Syrup, Invert Sugar Syrup, Concentrated Lemon Juice 20%, Acid [Citric Acid], Ethyl Alcohol, Starch, Natural Citrus Flavoring with Other Natural Flavorings, Carrot Concentrate), Vanilla Extract (Water, Artificial Flavors, Caramel Color, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate), Cream of Tartar, Yellow Food Coloring (water, high fructose corn syrup, glycerine, FD&C yellow 5 [E102], sugar, modified food starch, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate [preservatives], carrageenan gum, citric acid, xanthan gum), Salt.

 

 

Our ooey marshmallow goodness has a shelf life of 3 months at room temp or up to 5 months in the fridge/freezer. For best taste -- we recommend enjoying within 2 months of receiving.

How we ship

Since our delicious marshmallows are handmade with love, please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order. Shipping then takes 2-3 business days after that.

We do try to get orders out ASAP, but around holidays and busy times please allow us up to 7-10 business days to create your items. Marshmallow making is a multi-day process, so we want to make sure we get you the BEST MARSHMALLOWS EVER!

If you need your marshmallows ASAP or by a specific date -- please give us a shout at help@xomarshmallow.com and we will see what we can do get them to you sooner.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders shipped during the summer months include insulation and ice packs to ensure safe and fluffy arrival of our delicious treats.
