✹ Avoid Moisture: Keep hair clips dry and avoid storing them in humid places like bathrooms. Moisture can rust the spring, so dry it off immediately if it gets wet.
✹ Handle with Care:Your handmade, hand-painted hair accessory is durable but should be treated gently. Regularly check the spring and pin to ensure they're in place, and push the spring back if it starts to come out.
✹ Protect from Heat: Shield your accessory from prolonged sun and heat exposure to prevent warping and discoloration.
Since our delicious marshmallows are handmade with love, please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order. Shipping then takes 2-3 business days after that.
We do try to get orders out ASAP, but around holidays and busy times please allow us up to 7-10 business days to create your items. Marshmallow making is a multi-day process, so we want to make sure we get you the BEST MARSHMALLOWS EVER!

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders shipped during the summer months include insulation and ice packs to ensure safe and fluffy arrival of our delicious treats.
